The Sacred Sobriety Lab is a program where you will observe yourself without judgment – viewing the data you collect in the lab, like a scientist!
Using the tools and resources contained in the Lab you’ll invite the Holy Spirit in as you get curious, draw conclusions, when needed recalibrate, and formulate plans for the future.
Your work in the Lab will help you to make the decision to drink less or not at all from a place of peace.
I am The Catholic Sobriety Coach.
I specialize in coaching Catholic women looking to reduce or eliminate alcohol from their lives for ANY reason, so they can experience peace, and have clarity, and confidence around their decisions to drink less or not at all.
The Sacred Sobriety Lab will equip you to prayerfully change your mindset, so you can break the shame, guilt, and regret cycle that keeps so many of us stuck.
The Lab enables you to build a toolbox that will keep you on track and meet your goals toward alcohol freedom.
Make this a sacred and holy work. We do this by preparing our hearts and minds to begin the journey, with a Novena to the Holy Spirit.
